Network Configuration
PMcardio for Organizations requires that mobile phones and computers used to access the system can connect to services hosted on the following domains:

<tenant-url>.pmcardio.com(for examplepmhospital.pmcardio.com) - For US-based customers:
login-us-east-1.pmcardio.com - For EU-based customers:
login-eu-west-1.pmcardio.com labels.pm-api.coms3.amazonaws.comingest.sentry.io
If your network includes any technology that may block access to these domains, please ensure that the necessary exceptions are configured.
Additionally, the network must allow communication as described here: https://firebase.google.com/docs/cloud-messaging/concept-options#messaging-ports-and-your-firewall.
E-mails
PMcardio for Organizations sends emails to users from the domain pmcardio.com. Please ensure that your email server does not block emails from this domain.
Universal links
Emails may contain universal links. Any software that rewrites these links (e.g., Safe Links in Microsoft Defender) may prevent them from functioning correctly within the app. If applicable, please add *.pmcardio.com to the list of exceptions for such tools.
