MDM configuration for mobile devices
Application identifiers
Both the Android and iOS apps use the same application identifier: com.pmcardio.enterprise. Please ensure that your MDM software does not block the installation of apps with this identifier.
Automated installation and updates
If your MDM is configured to automatically install the PMcardio for Organizations app on mobile devices, ensure that it also automatically updates the app as soon as a new version is published to the respective app store by Powerful Medical.
Supported mobile devices
The mobile app supports devices running on Android and iOS. The minimum required OS versions are:
- Android 7 (API level 24)
- iOS 13.4
Supported browsers
The web app runs on all browsers that support modern JavaScript. The minimum required versions for major browsers are:
- Chrome >=107
- Firefox >=104
- Safari >=16
- Edge >=107
