Your users can create new ECG reports in the PMcardio app and the web dashboard if you have granted them 'report creation permissions' - see the Setup and Management of Your Organization's PMcardio Account for more information.
As the account admin, we highly recommend you also test the report functionality in both environments to familiarize yourself with it.
