Issue: My login to the PMcardio app doesn't work.
This can be caused by several things so please, check:
- If you have downloaded the correct PMcardio application. On the app store, there are two PMcardio apps, the correct one is called 'PMcardio for Organizations'
- What exactly is the issue:
- Are you stuck on the 'Workspace URL' page? Check if you're using the correct domain of your institution's PMcardio account.
- Are you not receiving the login link to your email inbox? Check if you're using your correct email address, i.e. the one your administrator has invited you with to PMcardio. If you use a different email address, the login won't work.
- When clicking on the login link, it doesn't work? Make sure that you're clicking on the login link from your email inbox open on the same device where you have the app installed, i.e. your phone or tablet. If it still doesn't work and you're using your work email, please check with your IT about any potential restrictions.
Issue: I am not able to create ECG reports.
This can be caused by your user settings that your account admin set up for you. You can check with them if they enabled 'ECG report creation' for you or feel free to contact us at support@powerfulmedical.com and we can help you check it, or resolve it further if there's any other issue causing this.
